Building Trust and Advancing AI: Our Journey with ZS

ZS is a prominent global company with a diverse team of 30,000 employees, operating across various industries, particularly in healthcare. They collaborate with nearly every pharmaceutical and healthcare company within the US medical system. Together with our talented team at Intellectsoft, ZS has developed an innovative no-code/low-code platform called Max AI. This platform provides corporate clients with invaluable tools, including content creation, a sophisticated website search system, and a smart database to manage unique client requests, histories, and profiles. These features and many others empower businesses to gain deeper insights into their clients' needs, facilitating more personalized care and significantly enhancing overall satisfaction.
Challenge:
Initially, identifying our primary contact within ZS proved to be a challenge, as different team members had varying perspectives. However, through open discussions and constructive feedback, we found our rhythm, established a strong partnership, and demonstrated that the higher costs were justified by the exceptional quality our talents provided.
Team:
Our collaboration with ZS began about six years ago, but it has reached new heights this year. At the start of the year, we had two developers on the project; however, as our partnership grew, the team expanded to five skilled professionals. We filled key roles in Python development, ML operations, and DevOps, and we currently have additional open vacancies to further strengthen our team.
Achievements:
Expanded Expertise: We successfully ventured into new technological realms, such as AI, Python development, MLOps and DevOps.
Recognized Talent: We achieved an impressive track record, with a high percentage of CVs shortlisted for interviews.

Sunny Childhood Celebration at Intellectsoft

On the 31st of May, our office in Kyiv was transformed into a lively and joyful haven as we hosted a delightful celebration for children. The event was packed with fun-filled activities and attractions that kept everyone entertained throughout the day. We had professional animators who captivated the kids with their engaging performances and vibrant personalities. Exciting contests were held, where children eagerly participated and showcased their talents, adding a competitive yet friendly spirit to the festivities.
One of the highlights was the bubble disco, where the children danced amid a sea of bubbles, creating a magical and enchanting atmosphere. The laughter and joy were palpable as the kids twirled and played, their faces lit up with smiles. Additionally, a variety of delicious treats were available, satisfying everyone's taste buds and adding to the celebratory mood.
It was a day filled with joy, laughter, and cherished memories, leaving everyone eagerly looking forward to the next celebration.
A Hands-On Approach to Emergency Care: Tactical Medicine Training in Kyiv office

Last Friday, our Kyiv office hosted a tactical medicine training session. The instructor, a military medic, led the participants through a lecture followed by a hands-on practical session focusing on critical care in emergency situations using the M.A.R.C.H. algorithm.
The M.A.R.C.H. algorithm provides a clear step-by-step approach for handling medical emergencies, ensuring that crucial care can be delivered to the injured to potentially save lives. The steps include managing massive bleeding, ensuring a clear airway, assessing respiration, maintaining circulation, and addressing hypothermia. The training was highly informative, giving participants valuable skills to effectively respond to emergencies and provide life-saving assistance. Read more
Intellectsoft Team Joins Kyiv Half Marathon: Achievements and Unity

For the 14th year in a row, Kyiv hosted its iconic Half Marathon, drawing in 5,500 participants, including 5030 locals and nearly 500 from abroad. This year's theme, "Unbreakable Resilience," underscored the event's spirit of unity and solidarity, raising over 1.012.568 UAH for charity.
Among the participants were our own Intellectsoft team members, Hanna Prykhodko and Oleksandr Morgos, who delivered standout performances. Oleksandr completed the 10-kilometer run in an impressive 1:08:13, while Hanna conquered the 5-kilometer stretch in 31:23, earning them commendable rankings of 371st and 855th, respectively.

Mobilization in Ukraine: Q&A Session with our Legal Department

Last Friday, we organized a meeting to discuss matters related to mobilization in Ukraine with all willing participants. Our colleagues from the legal department, Kateryna Polishchuk and Denys Kamenchuk, provided detailed explanations of the recent changes in mobilization laws in Ukraine and answered questions from the participants.At the very end of 2023 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine submitted a new bill on mobilization to the Verkhovna Rada, outlining enhanced mobilization measures.This bill proposes to reduce the draft age from 27 to 25 years, simplify the summons procedure, allowing it to be delivered personally, through an online portal, or via email. In collaboration with Palms of Help, Intellectsoft organized a festive initiative on Christmas and New Year's Eve to bring joy to the lives of refugee children that were forced to leave their homes but stayed in Ukraine. The collaborative effort was aimed at spreading holiday cheer and creating memorable moments for families experiencing displacement issues.A total of 141 children attended our series of events, having received the needed help and holiday spirit. We provided basic necessities as well as joyful gifts and warm Christmas congratulations. This heartfelt initiative brought the Ukrainian refugee communities together to celebrate the wonderful season during difficult times.
In the spirit of compassion and solidarity, the volunteer association Palms of Help, based in Kyiv, is lending a helping hand to refugees from different parts of our country, including cities such as Berdyansk, Kherson, Mariupol, Kharkov, Zaporozhye and other affected cities occupation and de-occupation of Ukraine. As our company, Intellectsoft, cares about the health and well-being of our Team and aspires to be in the line with international standards, we have made the decision to provide health insurance for all members of our company within the territory covered by our insurance provider, INGO. We have had a successful partnership with INGO for over a year, and after the first year of utilizing their services, we have received positive feedback from the team members who have been insured. As of November 1, 2023, we will offer this insurance coverage to all our team members in Ukraine who do not have their own insurance. This coverage will remain in effect until July 17, 2024.
