As of November 1, 2023, we will offer this insurance coverage to all our team members in Ukraine who do not have their own insurance. This coverage will remain in effect until July 17, 2024. Prior to the expiration of this period, we will once again seek your feedback and conduct a tender to identify the best insurance solution for our team.

The INGO insurance packages are structured as follows:

1. Elite – Designed for employees who have successfully completed the probationary period and have been with Intellectsoft for up to 5 years.

2. VIP – Designed for employees who have been with Intellectsoft for 5 or more years, as well as our TOP Management members.

The key points of our insurance contract with INGO include:

• Outpatient and inpatient care in clinics such as Dobrobut, MEDIKOM, Healthy and Happy, Oxford Medical, among others.

• Coverage for dental services (3500 UAH  for the Elite program and 6500 UAH for the VIP program).

• Consultations with a psychologist, psychotherapist, and medical psychologist.

• Annual preventive examination.

• Expanded coverage in urology and gynecology.

• Treatment and diagnosis of critical illnesses, including Tuberculosis, Diabetes, Benign and Malignant tumors, within the insurance amount.

• A dedicated corporate limit to assist in cases not covered by the program.
